Yes. You may select 'Click and Collect' as your shipping option during checkout to collect your online purchases in stores at either of the following locations:
- TANGS at Tang Plaza, Level 4 Customer Service Counter
- TANGS at VivoCity, Level 1 Customer Service Counter
Please present your Order Confirmation Receipt or “Ready” email notification at the time of collection.
How long do I have to collect my order in store?
You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
Please collect your order within the following specified collection period.
Collection Deadlines by Item Category
The collection deadline is determined by the nature of the items purchased:

What happens if I don’t collect my order within the collection period?
If you are unable to collect your order within the notified collection period, you can contact us at customer_service@tangs.com before the expiry of such collection period to request for an extension (subject to availability and storage limits).
Please note that for perishable or time-sensitive goods, the collection period cannot be extended because these items have a limited shelf life and must be stored or handled safely. This ensures that all products meet our quality and safety standards.
We may send reminders from time to time before the collection period ends. If we do not hear from you by the end of the collection period, your order may be treated as uncollected, abandoned and forfeited. Once an order is forfeited, the items will no longer be reserved for you. TANGS may, at our discretion, dispose of, resell, or otherwise deal with the items as we see fit.
Can I get a refund if I miss the collection deadline?
Unfortunately, once the order is forfeited, we won’t be able to offer a refund, exchange or credit for the uncollected items. To avoid this, please try to collect your order or let us know early if you need more time.
