In the event your physical TANGS Membership Card is damaged, lost or stolen, please contact TANGS Customer Service via (65) 6737 5500 or email us at customer_service@tangs.com with the following details:
- i) Email address registered for TANGS Membership Account
ii) Contact number
iii) Supporting receipt(s) and/or transaction numbers
We will help to suspend the use of your physical TANGS Membership Card.
Please note that the physical TANGS Membership Cards are no longer issued and you may access your Virtual TANGS Membership Card through the TANGS mobile app.
You may download the TANGS Mobile App, available on App Store and Google Play.
