How can I get a refund?

All refunds will be credited without interest via the same payment method that was used for your online order. If you are a TANGS Member and have utilised your TANGS Rebates to pay for the cancelled order, the amount of TANGS Rebates utilised will be refunded to your Membership account.  Where a rebate was earned by you for the cancelled order, the earned rebate amount will be deducted from your Membership account. 

Please note that it takes approximately 21 days to process a full refund.
